VERY FUNNY

The show was very funny and I’m not a teacher. The last guy was the best he was from Florida and hysterical. I really enjoyed the show!!

FUNNY WITHOUT THE USE OF F WORD

This tour was disappointing from the standpoint of the frequent use of f word. It was unprofessional in the sense that so many educators were present. This is not the everyday language use of most educators, so why was it needed to be funny? All of the teachers that attended with me were very uncomfortable. A good suggestion is to clean up the comedy act!

BORED TEACHERS

Many of the jokes (content) were/ was funny! The thing that kind of ruined it was excessive profanity, especially f this, f that constantly. This was in Tysons,VA. I have taught in Ft. Lauderdale, Albuquerque, Ohio, and now the Washington DC area. NONE of the teachers I know ever cuss like this -ever (not in school nor after school). I will not attend another one unless I hear that they have cleaned up the act.

DISAPPOINTED

We attended the show at Tysons Capital One Hall. While it started slow….there was some funny material. It wasn’t outstanding by any means, but it was entertaining, until the gay guy came out and the F word was used more than the word “teacher” or “student.” His act had no amusing anecdotal stories about teaching—- his act centered around his being “F*$#@¥. Totally disgusting. Two of us attending have been in teaching for over 25 years and we can recall so many funny stories between us that are funny without being crass. Please rethink your material.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

I was so excited to go to this. I actually gave about $100 for tickets. It was a total waste. The person I wanted to see was Gerry Brooks. He was on stage about 10 minutes. Tell Williams was absolutely horrible! He dropped the Fbomb about 50 times in his 20 minute portion. Not acceptable to me! Teachers don’t appreciate this language. It would have been much better without the language.

BORED TEACHERS COMEDY TOUR IN MEDFORD

This comedy night was the worst comedy event we have ever attended. I would say this was more of a disgrace to the image of all teachers. We went out to diner with some friends which was excellent, then we headed over to go see the Bored teachers comedy tour in Medford Ma anticipating having a few laughs. It was scheduled to start at 7:00pm. but it didn't start till 7:20 pm. then starting with complete nonsense and trying to get the attention of other teachers in the audience to scream and make noise. Then it started and it went downhill from there. The first act was more about how he is gay and some family issues with his father over it. Nothing was funny in the whole act. Never mind the ridiculous outfit. We all said this was the worst but let's see if the next act gets better. Another slovenly dressed teacher/comedian came on the stage and WOW just when we didn't think it could get any worse, we all looked at each other and said were out of here. I really hope they change their careers for their sake and the students they set an example for each day. I hated to say any of this. Save your money and skip this disaster.
