SOLID

FJM was a new experience for me. Will definitely look more into the music. Jason was amazing as always with a hard rocking albeit shorter set with some nice surprises thrown in. Broke out a new song and covered Fleetwood Mac’s ‘oh well’ which was an absolute treat.

OOOOOOOKAY....

Jade Bird was great till she abruptly walked off stage mid-song, not to return. Isbell bellowed and shouted his way through Cover Me Up...AND...the volume was up way too high for us in section C (at the Bowl...lovely venue!). FMJ’s music was great but the volume was up so high it was standing wave for minutes at a time...you could FEEL the hearing loss. All the stage lights and effects were behind him and the band...high powered LED beams blinded us over and over. Most of the time you couldn’t see the man at all. Terrible production overall. We left the grounds well before it was over. Pretty pricey disappointment, I’ll say.
